1) How can I contact Glory Arise?

2) Do you ship worldwide? 

~Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

3) Where do you ship from? 

~We ship all orders from our main facility in India. 

4) Can I change or cancel my order? 

~As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped. However, you may return the item for a full refund once received.

5) What payment methods do you accept? 

~We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

6) When will my order be processed? 

~All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Extra time may be required during busy periods like holidays or sales.

7) How long will it take to receive my order? 

~Due to high demand and international shipping logistics, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks but if it national then it takes 1-2 weeks.

8) What if I don’t receive my order? 

~If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

9) Will I be charged customs or taxes? 

~Our prices are tax-free in INR, but you may be responsible for local customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not covered by Glory Arise. For details, contact your local customs authority. 

10) How do I return an item?

~To initiate a return, please email us at cofounder@gloryarise.in with your order details. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

11) What if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item?

~If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately at cofounder@gloryarise.in. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

12) When will I receive my refund? 

~Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account. For any delays, please contact your bank or card provider.
